1. How do I know when it's time to have my tires replaced?
Answer: Many vehicle manufacturers generally recommend that you replace your tires after six years. But most will say 10 years is fine.
2. What does it mean when the air coming in the car from the vents smells bad?
Answer: A rotten egg smell in your car often indicates a malfunctioning part in the fuel system. Call us immediately.
3. Do I need to have my oil changed at exactly at 3000 miles?
Answer: Usually having your oil changed from 5,000 to 7,000 should be sufficient. Ths is assuming that your car doesn't have any existing issues that would affect this.
4. Should I change my own windshield wipers?
Answer: As long as you are able to purchase the correct size, changing them should not be too difficult. If you feel uncomfortable with doing this, you can leave that to us.
5. How often do I need to have my brakes checked?
Answer: You should have your brakes checked every six months.
6. I keep hearing a noise somewhere under my car, what should I do?
Answer: If you hear any noise that you do not regularly hear, you should have the car checked.
7. I have never bought a car before. Can I still purchase one on my own?
Answer: Do you have a job, a down payment, and a bill that's in your name? Than you can buy a car.
8. Do you take trades?
Answer: Bring the car in and we will let you know.
